Along with day of coordination, we provide in-house wedding coordination to make the process as easy as possible. We assist with vendor recommendations, create floor plans, take care of your main reception set up, and lead your formal program including your processional.

The Venue
Rivers Bend is rich in natural beauty and organic in its pristine landscape. Only accessible by a private bridge, our location offers a uniquely intimate yet grand space that provides endless opportunities to transform the grounds into your own vision. Included in your weekend rental is use of The Barn, The Barn Loft, The Cabin, The Pond, Fire Pit, and The Patio. You may also end your wedding weekend with a farewell brunch with your loved ones.
BARN RECEPTION
Our 4,000 square foot barn with radiant floor heating offers a modern-rustic flare. A tent can be added to the backside of the barn for larger receptions.
THE BRIDAL SUITE
The Bridal Suite is a stunning mid-century modern designed barn loft located conveniently above the barn reception. Equipped with a full kitchen, cedar wood bathroom, and our one of a kind reclaimed shuffle board bar.
CEREMONY AT THE POND
A beautiful natural landscape for an outdoor ceremony space with a view of the Catskill Mountains. Includes a dock, canoe, and gorgeous handmade wooden ceremony benches.
COCKTAIL HOUR ON THE PATIO
Set on the side of the barn, the patio has vibrant bistro lighting spanning over the patio. A perfect outdoor space for your cocktail hour into reception. Picnic tables and heat lamps included.
GROOMSMAN SUITE
A fully furnished brand new cabin that can be used as a groomsman suite and getting ready space. With stunning views of the Catskill Mountains.
THE FIRE PIT
Hang out under the stars at our handmade beautiful stone fire pit surrounded by benches located next to the patio and the barn. A s'mores bar and bon-fire is included the evening of your reception.
